To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvey Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
