Harvey Creative Tools — Account & Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your Harvey Creative Tools account and all associated data, you can submit a request by following the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to team@harveycreative.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include the email address associated with your Harvey Creative Tools account
3. We will verify your identity and confirm receipt of your request

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account profile and credentials
• Personal information (name, email address)
• App usage data and preferences
• Any content you created or uploaded within the app

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records required for tax or legal compliance
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
