We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your Harvey Creative Tools account and all associated data, you can submit a request by following the steps below.

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Our data deletion process covers all personal information collected through the Harvey Creative Tools mobile application. This includes data you provided during account registration, information generated through your use of the app, and any files or content you uploaded to your account. Once deletion is complete, we will no longer have access to your personal data, and it cannot be recovered.
Harvey Creative may use third-party service providers for analytics, hosting, and other operational functions. When you request data deletion, we will also instruct our service providers to delete your personal data from their systems where applicable. Please note that some third-party providers may have their own data retention policies required by law, and certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may persist in those systems.
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we verify your identity before processing any data deletion. You may be asked to confirm your email address, provide additional identifying information, or respond to a verification email. This step ensures that only you—or someone you have authorized—can request the deletion of your account and personal data.
Once your data has been deleted, you will no longer be able to log in to your Harvey Creative Tools account. Any content, preferences, or history associated with your account will be permanently removed. If you choose to use Harvey Creative Tools again in the future, you will need to create a new account and start fresh. We encourage you to export or save any content you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.
