Why coaching

Most AI training is a video course nobody finishes. Most AI consulting ends with a strategy document and an invoice. Either way, three months later nothing in the business has changed.

AI implementation coaching works the other way. We pick the jobs that eat your week, and your team builds the AI systems that take them over, live, with me beside them. You learn by shipping real work in your own business, so it sticks.

Ninety days, three phases.

One live session with me every week, plus help between sessions when you get stuck.

Map it out

Weeks 1 and 2. I learn how your business really runs, we pick the 3 to 5 jobs that are best to hand to AI, and you name an AI champion on your team who will build alongside me.

Build it together

Weeks 3 to 10. Each week your champion builds one real system in your business while I coach: lead follow-up, quoting, scheduling, reporting, content. Their hands, my guidance.

Make it stick

Weeks 11 and 12. We write the playbooks, train the rest of your team, and plan what to automate next, so the work keeps going after our last session.

Questions

Before you apply.

Do we need anyone technical on staff?

No. Your AI champion needs to be curious and willing to give it a few hours a week. If they can use email and spreadsheets, I can teach them the rest.

How much time does this take from us?

About an hour a week in a live session, plus a few hours of building between sessions. Most of that time goes into systems that start saving you hours right away.

Is this a course or a group program?

Neither. It's one on one. Every session is just me and your business, working on your systems.

What kinds of systems do people build?

Lead follow-up and qualification, quoting and estimates, scheduling, customer service replies, reporting, content and social posts, and whatever eats the most of your week. We choose them together in the first two weeks.

What happens after the 90 days?

You keep everything you built and keep building. If you want me on call afterward, there's an optional support plan, but the goal is that you don't need it.

Is it in person or online?

Online by default, so it works anywhere. If you're in East Texas, we can do sessions in person too.
