Agreement

By using harveycreative.co or engaging Harvey Creative for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide marketing services including paid advertising, social media management, SEO, web design and development, AI integration, and brand and creative work. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.

Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Ad spend is billed separately and passed through at cost.

Intellectual property

Work produced for clients (creative, content, code) becomes the client's property upon final payment. Harvey Creative retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

Harvey Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice.
